Job summary

Thomas Nagy Ltd. in Watford is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to gain practical, hands-on experience while training toward a Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (NVQ & Diploma) through an approved provider.

You’ll work with experienced electricians on installation, testing, maintenance and safety across highways, rail and commercial sectors, with mentorship and structured progression to a permanent role upon qualification.

Qualifications

Enrolled on approved Level 3 Electrical Installation apprenticeship program.
Full UK driving licence preferred or transport to sites.
Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Assist qualified electricians with installation, testing and maintenance.
Prepare tools, materials and work areas for daily tasks.
Carry out supervised electrical duties such as containment installation, cable pulling and terminations.
Follow site Health & Safety procedures and help maintain tidy work environments.
Attend college/training sessions and complete coursework and assessments.
Take responsibility for learning and skill development.
Support the team in maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance with BS7671.
