Job summary

Hydro International, a CRH Company, is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Engineer for our Manningtree branch. You will install, test and commission water filtration systems on sewage sites and perform site surveys and fault finding to support quotations.

The role involves working at heights and in confined spaces, with regular travel including overnight stays across the country. A City & Guilds qualification and a recognised mechanical apprenticeship are required.

Qualifications

• Current valid driving license is required.
• City & Guilds qualification and a recognised mechanical apprenticeship are essential.

• Access and interpret technical instructions using mobile electronic equipment.
• Work at heights, in confined spaces and outside on sites connected with Wastewater (sewage).
• Work away from home on a regular basis, requiring overnight stays.
• Work in some of our workshops across the country on occasion.
• Work as a team with other staff and trades within the business.

Qualifications

• Current Valid Driving License - City & Guilds Qualified - Served a recognised mechanical apprenticeship
