Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrician to work on social housing responsive maintenance across Yeovil and surrounding area. The role offers a salary up to £43,000 per annum with a company van and fuel card, and a temp-to-perm pathway after 12 weeks.

Working 40 hours per week, you will diagnose and repair electrical faults, carry out testing and certification, install consumer units, and support damp and condensation reduction initiatives.

• Must have strong electrical experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service to interact with residents.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults and complete testing and certification.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace consumer units and lighting as required.

• Temp to permanent role, starting temp initially for 12 weeks.
• Following the 12 week temp period this is a permanent position on the books.
• 40 hours

A basic DBS will be done for this role.
