Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team in Warminster, covering social housing responsive maintenance across Warminster and surrounding areas. You will diagnose faults, perform testing and certification, install and replace consumer units, and support damp and ventilation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has NVQ/AM2, 2391 or equivalent, 18th Edition, and a full UK driving licence, along with strong customer service skills to assist residents and

Qualifications

• NVQ/AM2 (or equivalent) is required.
• 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification (or equivalent) – can be completed with the company if you don’t have it already.
• Current 18th Edition qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
• Carrying out testing, inspections and certification works
• Completing electrical remedial works and safety upgrades
• Installing and replacing consumer units
• Repairing and maintaining ventilation systems
• Supporting damp, mould and condensation reduction initiatives
• Working closely with customers to keep them informed and reassured throughout the work
• Cover out of hours emergency call out in accordance with the departmental rota

Electrician – Warminster

Electrician Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
