Location: Various locations across South & South West England (Wiltshire, Hampshire & Dorset)
Salary: 40-41K + Company Van and Fuel card and Tool Allowance

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected organisation within the property maintenance sector, seeking skilled electricians to join their maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and delivering first-class service to customers.
You'll be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and installations across domestic properties. You'll work independently while contributing to a wider maintenance team and ensuring that all works meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Key Duties Include:
Fault finding on single & three-phase installations
Testing and inspection
Completion of electrical installation certificates and condition reports
Portable appliance testing
Shower and immersion heater installations
Wiring domestic heating controls
Electric heating replacements and general electrical installations
You will also be expected to maintain van stock, complete all necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
City & Guilds 2330 and 2382 (Essential)
2391 Inspection & Testing (Desirable)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Domestic installation and maintenance experience
Competency using smart technology (PDA, mobile work scheduling)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK Driving Licence
