Salary: £40-41K + Company Van, Fuel card, and Tool Allowance

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected organization within the property maintenance sector, seeking skilled electricians to join their maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and delivering first-class service to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across domestic properties.
• Work independently and as part of a team, ensuring all work meets industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Duties Include:

• Fault finding on single & three-phase installations
• Testing and inspection
• Completion of electrical installation certificates and condition reports
• Portable appliance testing
• Shower and immersion heater installations
• Wiring domestic heating controls
• Electrical heating replacements and general electrical installations

Maintain van stock, complete documentation, and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• City & Guilds 2330 and 2382 (Essential)
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (Desirable)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience in domestic installation and maintenance
• Competency with smart technology (PDA, mobile work scheduling)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
