Job summary

New Wire Energy LTD in Staffordshire is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our expanding team. You will perform electrical installation, maintenance, and testing across residential and commercial sites, with some work away from home on larger projects.

You will need 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations, GMVQ Level 3 in Electrical installation, a JIB Gold Card, and a full UK driving licence. Training on solar PV and EV chargers available.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
• GMVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical installation
• JIB Gold Card holder
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (Desirable)
• Experience with solar PV systems desirable (training provided)
• Experience with EV chargers desirable (training provided)

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Electrician to join our growing team due to being awarded new contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is 18th Edition qualified and eager to work on a variety of projects across different locations. While based locally, some work away from home will be required, with all accommodation and meal expenses covered.
