Job summary

Elevate Projects Ltd is recruiting an experienced Electrician to join a housing/property team on a permanent basis. You will perform domestic electrical installations, inspections, fault diagnosis and maintenance in residents' homes, with a focus on safety and high workmanship.

The role requires 2391 inspection & testing and 18th edition, with a Full UK driving licence and the ability to liaise directly with residents. A company van is provided along with a competitive salary and strong support.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician with domestic experience.
• 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification - essential.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge.
• Proven experience in domestic property electrical work.
• Strong testing, inspection and fault diagnosis skills.
• Good health and safety understanding.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established housing/property team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for a stable role, excellent working conditions and a well-supported working environment.

The successful candidate will undertake electrical works within domestic properties, including inspection, testing, fault diagnosis, repairs and general electrical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake electrical installation, maintenance, repairs and testing within domestic properties.
• Complete inspection and testing in accordance with current regulations and industry standards.
• Diagnose electrical faults and identify appropriate remedial works.
• Carry out periodic inspection and testing where required.
• Complete electrical certificates and associated documentation accurately.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Liaise professionally with residents and customers while working within their homes.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and comply with company procedures.
• Manage daily workloads effectively and complete works within required timescales.

We are looking for an experienced domestic electrician who is confident working independently and dealing directly with residents and customers.
