Job summary

Example Recruitment is seeking an Electrician for Social Housing Maintenance in East London. The position is permanent and full-time with a salary of £43,350 per annum.

You will perform routine maintenance, fault finding, and installations in both occupied and void properties, ensuring all work complies with current regulations. Experience with EICRs in social/private housing and 18th Edition is required, along with Level 3 NVQ.

Qualifications

• Must hold 18th Edition qualification.
• Must hold Level 3 NVQ.
• Experience completing EICRs in social housing and/or private housing settings.

• Carry out routine maintenance and servicing on electrical systems and appliances to a high standard.
• Trace, diagnose, and repair faults, ensuring all systems are safe and serviceable.

• Replace electrical sockets, fittings, and consumer units.
