Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd are recruiting an experienced Electrician to join our responsive repairs and maintenance team. Working across Bedford and surrounding areas including Milton Keynes, you will deliver safe electrical installations, fault finding and repairs in social housing properties.

You will hold an NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, a full UK driving licence and dedication to high standards of customer service, with a reliable schedule and occasional out-of-hours work.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation is essential.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge required.
• Domestic or social housing experience preferred.
• Clean UK driving licence and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs, maintenance, fault finding and electrical installations.
• Work across occupied and void social housing properties.
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain accurate job records.
• Participate in the out-of-hours rota as required.

Salary: £37,500 - £43,000 (Depending on Experience & Qualifications)

Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrician to join a growing team delivering responsive repairs, maintenance and electrical installations across occupied and void social housing properties.

You will carry out fault finding, repairs, maintenance and installation work, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out responsive repairs, maintenance, fault finding and electrical installations.


• Work across occupied and void social housing properties.


• Ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and Health & Safety standards.


• Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain accurate job records.


• Participate in the out-of-hours rota as required.

Requirements for the Electrician:
