Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Electrician to join a long-term social housing repairs contract in the Epping Forest area. You will undertake electrical repairs, testing, EICRs and maintenance in occupied properties, ensuring safety and high-quality work.

A permanent role, with a company van and fuel card provided. The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 3 in Electricals, 18th Edition and a 2391 or equivalent, plus a valid UK driving licence, and can manage their own workload on a day-to-day

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out electrical repairs, testing and remedial works within domestic properties.
• Completing EICRs, fault finding and general electrical maintenance.
• Working across occupied social housing properties.
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
• Providing a professional service to residents and clients.

Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a successful repairs and maintenance contractor working on a long-term social housing contract in the Epping Forest area.
