Job summary

CBRE GlobalWorkplace Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking an Electrician to undertake planned, reactive, corrective and emergency maintenance across the ExxonMobil Fawley refinery site.

You will perform electrical installation and refurbishment, manage 3-phase motor control, inspection and testing, and provide detailed reports. On-call rota adds weekly payment and you will operate in a safety-conscious, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance, refurbishment and installation of electrical services.
• Knowledge of 3 phase motor control and instrumentation systems.
• Knowledge of inspection and testing procedures and certification.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance and helpdesk tickets.
• Knowledge of LV distribution systems and HVAC services (desirable).

CBRE GlobalWorkplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for an Electrician Undertakeplanned, reactive, corrective, and emergency maintenance tasks across theExxonMobil Fawley refinery site.

What You’ll Do

• Undertakemaintenance, refurbishment & installation works of all aspects ofelectrical services, including emergency lighting, electrical LV switchgear,distribution boards, mains and sub- mains cabling, containment, lighting, andother electrical equipment.
• Have a goodknowledge of 3 phase motor control and instrumentation systems.
• To have knowledgeof inspection and testing procedures and certify works upon completion inaccordance with relevant certification.
• To undertakereactive and planned service works issued through the helpdesk within set timeframes ensuring client expectations are met.
• Provide detailedreports upon completion of works including breakdown processes, hours andmaterials of works to allow for accurate valuation of works.
• To undertake PPM,proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time framesso that the customer expectations are met.
• To have knowledgeof multi-disciplined trades in electrical distribution systems (LV), mechanicalventilation, HVAC, chillers, plumbing/CWST systems and LTHW heating services(desired)
• To undertakecontractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring ofcontractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
• To ensure thatequipment operates to specified performance criteria.
• To ensureequipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.
• To provide aprofessional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customersatisfaction.
• To evaluateperformance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment undercontract to the company is carried out.
• To take apro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt withor relayed to management as necessary.
• To be alwaysfully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs.
• To ensure thatadministration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents /records are maintained accurately.
• Always Working ina safe manner, complying with current Health & Safety legislation andCompany H&S policy.
• Follow on callRota – Monday to Sunday which comes with an additional payment per week oncall.
• Able to upholdrequirements for self presentation and appearance in accordance with expectedstandards.
• Demonstratesintegrity and respect for others while in a variety of different workingenvironments.
• Courteous andpolite manner with an emphasis on Customer Service.
• Ability to workin a team and adhere to the JCI ‘One Team’ Approach.
