Job summary

Equans is seeking an Electrician to join our team in Long Bennington on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work on Air source heat pumps and solar PV installations, delivering reliable electrical repairs and maintenance in a multi-skilled environment for council projects.

The role requires City and Guilds (Electrical) or equivalent, City & Guilds I&T, and a full UK driving licence. We offer a competitive salary, company vehicle, generous leave, life cover and a broad benefits package

• City and Guilds (Electrical) Inspection and Test or equivalent experience required.
• Full UK Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all types of repairs and maintenance in a multi-skilled environment allied to the Electrical trade.
• Complete repairs and maintenance in other trades where competent.
• Attend repairs and maintenance appointments on time and on the first visit where possible.
• Diagnose remedial works and arrange materials and appointments.
• Remove waste/debris daily and on completion of works.
• Support team to achieve KPI targets and participate in out-of-hours rota.
• Mentor and assist trainees and apprentices as required.
