We are seeking a versatile and experienced Electrician to join our growing team. This role covers a wide range of electrical responsibilities including the installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems, fire alarms, 3-phase electrical systems, and metal containment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and systems including:

Fire sprinkler system wiring and controls

Metal containment and conduit (e.g., tray, trunking, conduit)

Read and interpret schematics, and technical documents related to complex electrical and life safety systems.

Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in fire safety and electrical systems, recommending and performing effective repairs.

Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations, fire safety standards, and health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with other trades and subcontractors to coordinate project tasks.

Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and testing of installed systems.

Maintain accurate documentation for completed work, materials used, and inspection/test records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrician with exposure to fire systems and industrial or commercial 3-phase installations.

Competent in installing and working with metal containment systems (e.g., conduit, trunking, tray).

Working knowledge of fire alarm and fire sprinkler system wiring is highly desirable.

Ability to interpret technical diagrams, layout drawings, and manufacturer specifications.

Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures and fire protection standards.

Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.

Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Relevant electrical trade certifications or qualifications.

A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: £39,566.00-£47,596.00 per year
