Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced electrician capable of handling all aspects of electrical installations, LED lighting, minor works, testing, and inspection. The role involves working on lighting and electrical projects across retail, industrial, commercial, and government sectors.

Main Duties

1. Undertake LED lighting and electrical installations.
2. Coordinate with the Lighting Project team, subcontractors, and Project Manager to meet project deadlines.
3. Work nights and stay away from home, as most work is outside regular hours.
4. Follow electrical drawings, including installation plans, circuit diagrams, and schematics.
5. Ensure first-time quality of work with minimal rework.
6. Maintain good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.

Candidate Requirements

• Fully qualified with 18th Edition IEE regulations.
• Desirable: 2383-18 18th Edition Update, 2391-52 Test and Inspection, SSSTS Accreditation, knowledge of EV charging units, IPAF, PASMA (training provided).
• Ability to work night shifts and stay away from home.
• Capable of working at heights up to 3 meters and lifting up to 25kg.
• Valid UK driving license.
• Strong communication and customer care skills.
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability to industry changes.
• Ability to complete work documentation accurately and timely.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to meet deadlines.
• Responsibility for company vehicle and materials.
