Ideal candidates have 18th Edition, 2391, and relevant electrical experience, plus a full UK driving license. DBS check will be carried out; courses can be arranged if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work in social housing properties on planned works, mainly kitchens and bathrooms.

This is a temp/ self employed position which could well lead to a job on the books for the right person if desired.

Electrician Day to Day:

• Work in social housing properties
• You need to be confident and competent in all aspects of electrical maintenance
• Planned works kitchens and bathrooms (rewires and maintenance)
• Dealing with customers as and when required
• Attending various properties during the day if on response
• Making safe and following correct procedure
• Working alongside other trades on planned works
• Reporting to the supervisor on progress
• Good electrical experience
• 18th Edition
• 2391
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be carried out

You will need to have manual handling, working at heights and asbestos awareness certificates. If you do not have these we can put you through the courses at your cost and you keep the certificates.
