Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced electrician capable of handling all aspects of electrical installations, including LED lighting, minor works, testing, and inspection. The role involves working on lighting and electrical projects across retail, industrial, commercial, and government sectors.

Main Duties

• Undertake LED lighting and electrical installations.
• Collaborate with the lighting project team, subcontractors, and project managers to meet project deadlines.
• Work nights and stay away from home as required, as most work occurs outside normal hours.
• Follow electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and line schematics.
• Ensure high-quality work with first-time accuracy, minimizing rework.
• Maintain good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.

Requirements

• Fully qualified with 18th Edition IEE regulations.
• Desirable but not essential: 2383-18 18th Edition Update, 2391-52 Test and Inspection, SSSTS accreditation, knowledge of EV charging units, IPAF, PASMA.
• Ability to work nights and stay away from home.
• Ability to work at heights up to 3 meters and lift up to 25kg.
• Full UK driving license.
• Strong customer care, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to industry changes and complete work documentation accurately.
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.
• Responsible for company vehicle and materials.
