Insignis is seeking a qualified Electrician to join its property maintenance team in the United Kingdom. The role covers electrical work across residential properties, including rewires, heating upgrades and routine inspections, with a company van and fuel card supplied for travel between sites.

You will carry out testing and repairs, follow IEE wiring regs, estimate materials, and document system conditions.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Electrician, 2391/Equivalent essential, NVQ Level 2 or above.
• 18th Edition (BS7671) preferred.
• Strong health & safety awareness and knowledge of best practices.
• Experience in residential or housing maintenance desirable.
• Full, clean UK driving licence with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic DBS check, licence check, and qualifications verification required.
