Venatu Consulting Ltd in Scunthorpe is seeking an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to maintain plant reliability on a manufacturing site. You will handle planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure parts are stocked for rapid repairs.

Experience with Siemens PLC systems is a plus, and you will log all PPMS using Shire Systems. The role offers a rotating shift pattern, a base salary of £41,000 plus £2,000 shift allowance and overtime opportunities, with comprehensive

Formación

• Apprentice-trained in Maintenance Engineering with an electrical bias.
• 16th Edition qualification or higher in electrical installations is desirable.
• Experience with Siemens PLC systems is highly advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Perform reactive and planned maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure optimal machinery performance.
• Use Shire Systems to log and manage all PPM tasks.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, with an emphasis on Siemens PLC systems.
• Manage and prioritise workload effectively, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Work collaboratively within a team, promoting a solutions-driven approach.
• Maintain adequate stock levels in the engineering stores and promptly order parts as needed.
• Always follow health and safety guidelines and company policies.
