You will drive sales, maximise margins, and lead a high-performing team, owning P&L, building strong customer and supplier relationships, and identifying new business opportunities while delivering against ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as Branch Manager or senior B2B sales in electrical wholesale
• Proven ability to grow sales and margins
• Strong knowledge of the local market
• Confident negotiator and relationship builder
• Thrive in an autonomous, results-driven environment
