Job summary

Oakmoor Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Assessor / Tutor in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire to deliver Level 3 Electrical Installation training to apprentices.

You will assess learners in a high-tech training centre and support their NVQ portfolios, progress reviews, and End Point Assessment preparation. The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition, an assessor and teaching qualification, and relevant industry experience as a qualified electrician.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Assessor qualification (CAVA, A1 or equivalent).
• Teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS or equivalent).
• Industry experience as a qualified electrician.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Inspection & Testing qualification (2391). (desirable)
• Previous apprenticeship or FE training experience. (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 Electrical / Electrotechnical Installation training to apprentices.
• Assess learners in a high-tech training centre
