Dovetail & Slate Ltd is seeking an Electrical Training Officer to support apprentices across Wales, managing a regional caseload and conducting workplace observations. The role includes preparing apprentices for EPA and AM2, with full training and qualification support provided.

The position suits an experienced NVQ Assessor or a qualified electrician moving into work-based learning, with travel across Wales and a competitive salary up to £40,175 per annum.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Installation or equivalent
• Valid ECS Card and full UK driving licence
• Desirable TAQA/A1/D32/D33 and other electrical qualifications
• Home-based role with regional travel across Wales

Responsabilidades

• Manage a regional caseload of electrical apprentices across Wales.
• Perform regular workplace visits, observations, and progress reviews with apprentices and employers.
• Assess apprentice knowledge, practical skills, and professional behaviours against industry standards.
• Support learners and employers through Gateway, End Point Assessment (EPA), and AM2 preparation.
• Monitor attendance, off-the-job training, and Functional Skills progress.
• Provide timely support and interventions for apprentices at risk of falling behind.
