Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Training Officer to manage apprentices across London and the South East. You will conduct workplace visits, reviews and assessments to ensure learners progress toward qualifications.

The role requires an experienced Electrician with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition and AM2/ECS; 2391 is a plus. Training is provided and a London-based allowance is available.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent apprenticeship.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• AM2 qualification or ECS Gold Card.
• 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification would be highly beneficial.
• Teaching or assessing experience is advantageous but full training provided.

Aufgaben

• Manage a caseload of electrical apprentices across London and the South East.
• Carry out workplace visits and apprentice progress reviews.
• Assess learners' skills, knowledge and behaviours.
• Support apprentices and employers to achieve successful outcomes.
• Prepare apprentices for gateway, end-point assessments and AM2.
• Full training and professional development provided.
• Home-based role with regional travel.
