Qualifications

Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on commercial electrical maintenance training courses.
Train and assess engineers in industrial electrics and fault diagnosis.
Carry out technical skills assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
Support the development and continuous improvement of training materials.
Create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
Skills
Electrically biased engineer with solid industrial maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, motor control, and industrial electrics
Experience or understanding of PLCs, inverters, HMIs, and fault-finding techniques
Confident communicator who can engage and develop learners
Full UK driving licence
