Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrical Trainer to join a specialist training provider. You will deliver electrical training courses at the training centre and at client sites across the UK, combining practical and theoretical sessions with learner assessments and progression guidance.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and have strong BS7671 knowledge; full training is provided, with benefits and potential UK travel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

With modern facilities, strong industry partnerships, and continued growth, they are looking for an Electrical Trainer to join their team and help develop skilled professionals across the electrical industry.

In this role, you will deliver electrical training courses to learners at the training centre and occasionally at client sites across the UK. You will deliver both practical and theoretical training, assess learner progress, and ensure candidates develop the skills and knowledge required to work safely and competently within the electrical industry.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to course development, assessment and quality assurance, while working closely with clients to ensure training meets industry requirements. The role will involve occasional UK travel and overnight stays, providing a varied working environment rather than being solely classroom based.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or an equivalent qualification, with strong knowledge of BS7671 and Inspection & Testing. Experience within electrical installation, maintenance, commercial, industrial or high-voltage environments would be highly beneficial. Previous teaching experience is not essential as full training and support will be provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
