Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in London is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician on a temporary basis to support Electrical Installation programmes. You will prepare workshops, maintain equipment, and assist practical lessons.

This role requires hands-on experience, a Level 2 in Electrical Installation, and a commitment to safety. You will work with lecturers and students to ensure a productive learning environment and high workshop standards.

Qualifications

Level 2 qualification in Electrical Installation or related discipline.
Experience as an Electrical Technician or within the Electrical Installation field.
Knowledge of electrical tools, testing equipment and safe working practices.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Preparing electrical workshops, tools, equipment and materials for practical sessions.
Supporting lecturers and learners during practical activities.
Maintaining, testing and servicing electrical equipment and workshop resources.
Managing stock levels and ordering consumables as required.
Ensuring workshops comply with health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
Carrying out routine maintenance and housekeeping duties.
Supporting the delivery of Electrical Installation programmes across the department.
