Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a skilled Electrician Engineer to join our Life Science account in Leeds. You will perform hands-on maintenance, coordinate external vendors, and support critical facility operations to keep life-science spaces compliant and efficient.

Based in Leeds Capitol Park, the role involves hands-on technical work, site coverage, and collaboration with the facilities team to ensure safe, reliable infrastructure across client sites.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in industrial Facility Management, preferably in manufacturing or life science environments.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse maintenance tasks and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and infrastructure (excluding HVAC).
  • Coordinate external service providers and trade contractors for maintenance and repair activities.
  • Monitor maintenance activities and document completed work accurately.
  • Support renovation projects and space management using CAFM tools.
