They support industries where safety and high-level training are essential, transforming workplace education through SaaS tools, VR simulations, and bespoke e-learning content delivered via their platform.

The client is experiencing growth and aims to scale their technical team to continue innovating. They are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to support this growth.

Reporting to the VP of Technology, this client-facing role focuses on their B2B SaaS offering. It involves collaborating with tech/digital teams to keep projects on schedule, improving output quality, supporting quarterly roadmap planning, and enhancing technical standards across the business.

This role suits a Technical Delivery Manager with B2B SaaS experience in a regulated industry. Strong communication skills are necessary to liaise between stakeholders and technical teams, and the ability to manage multiple projects such as migrations, onboarding, and integrations is essential.

Requirements:

• 4+ years as a Technical Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager.
• Good technical knowledge, preferably with an engineering background or Computer Science degree.
• B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience in regulated or safety-critical industries like Utilities, Telecoms, Healthcare, Transportation, or Education.
