Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Electrical/MEP engineer to lead design efforts across major projects such as airports and hospitals. You will supervise detailed designs, mentor junior staff, and drive feasibility studies while partnering with clients to ensure successful delivery.

Hybrid working arrangement with locations across the UK, including options to balance office and site work. UK vetting for Security Check (SC) is required along with aviation project experience.

Qualifications

• BEng/BSc/MEng in engineering; chartership preferred.
• Proven experience in MEP electrical design for large projects.
• RevitMEP proficiency and design delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design in MEP projects with cross-discipline collaboration.
• Supervise detailed designs and guide junior team members.
• Direct feasibility studies and client-facing deliverables.
• Manage resource planning, contracts and KPI delivery.
• Develop client relationships to secure new work in the region.
