RED Engineering Design is seeking a fully experienced Electrical Technical Director to be based out of our London or Bicester office. The role leads the electrical and building services teams, guiding project delivery from concept through to completion across diverse international sites.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• MCIBSE/MIEE or HND/HNC with relevant experience or equivalent.
• Chartered Engineer status is expected.

Responsibilities

• Takes leadership role in development, design and coordination of building services engineering projects.
• Assist Directors with business strategy and management.
• Prepare project fee proposals and feasibility studies.
• Establish project requirements with clients and project teams.
• Monitor progress and modify schedules as required; prepare reports.
• Oversee controls, instruments and operating systems for building services.
• Provide oversight of site surveys and reports on electrical/MEP installations.
• Manage project finance to achieve target margins and provide delivery leadership.
