Job summary

Omega Resource Group is recruiting an Electrical Team Leader for a busy manufacturing site in Bromsgrove. This hands-on leadership role drives engineering performance, reduces downtime, and supports a team of maintenance engineers across the site.

The ideal candidate is electrically qualified with manufacturing experience, has strong fault-finding and PLC skills, and previous team leadership experience. In return, the role offers £55,000 salary, double days, pension, overtime, and development

We are recruiting for an Electrical Team Leader to join a growing manufacturing business in Bromsgrove. This is a hands‑on leadership role, focused on driving engineering performance, reducing downtime, and supporting a team of maintenance engineers across site.

• Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Carry out electrical fault finding on production equipment
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Work closely with production to maximise uptime
• Ensure all maintenance is completed safely and efficiently

The Ideal Candidate

• Electrically qualified with previous manufacturing experience
• Strong fault‑finding skills on industrial machinery
• PLC fault‑finding experience
• Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Engineer experience
• Able to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
