Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking an Electrical Team Leader for a permanent role based in Bromsgrove. This hands-on leadership position focuses on driving engineering performance, reducing downtime and supporting a team of maintenance engineers across the site.

The ideal candidate is electrically qualified with manufacturing experience, strong fault-finding skills on industrial machinery, PLC fault-finding experience, and prior team leadership experience.

Qualifications

Electrically qualified with manufacturing experience.
Strong fault-finding skills on industrial machinery.
PLC fault-finding experience.
Previously led teams: Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Engineer.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities
Carry out electrical fault finding on production equipment
Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
Work closely with production to maximise uptime
Ensure all maintenance is completed safely and efficiently
