Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking an Electrical Team Leader for a permanent role based in Bromsgrove. This hands-on leadership position focuses on driving engineering performance, reducing downtime and supporting a team of maintenance engineers across the site.

The ideal candidate is electrically qualified with manufacturing experience, strong fault-finding skills on industrial machinery, PLC fault-finding experience, and prior team leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with manufacturing experience.

• PLC fault-finding experience.
• Previously led teams: Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Engineer.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
