Job summary

Omega Plc in Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to drive engineering performance and safety across the site.

You will lead a team of maintenance engineers, coordinate scheduled and reactive maintenance, and collaborate with production to maximise uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role is permanent with a double days shift and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with previous manufacturing experience.
• Strong fault-finding skills on industrial machinery.
• PLC fault-finding experience.
• Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Engineer experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

We are recruiting for an Electrical Team Leader to join a growing manufacturing business in Bromsgrove. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on driving engineering performance, reducing downtime, and supporting a team of maintenance engineers across site.

Main Duties

• Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Carry out electrical fault finding on production equipment
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Work closely with production to maximise uptime
• Ensure all maintenance is completed safely and efficiently

The Ideal Candidate

• Electrically qualified with previous manufacturing experience
