Electrical Supervisor - UK

The Electrical Supervisor has an opportunity to join a Construction Management team as an Electrical system(s) owner on pharmaceutical projects.

Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HSE practices and promote a positive safety culture by leading by example.
2. Proficient in Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and LOTO procedures.
3. Assist in the preparation, review, and approval of method statements and permits for Electrical and other relevant contractors.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of Electrical and MEP works, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
5. Track and document the progress of on-site activities, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
6. Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Inspection Test Records (ITRs).
7. Lead system walkdowns to verify installations meet project specifications and standards.
8. Manage the closeout of punch list items to ensure project/system completion.
9. Review and approve turnover documentation, ensuring it meets project and client requirements.
10. Coordinate and witness commissioning activities.
11. Participate in meetings with relevant disciplines and contractors, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical supervision.
