About the Role

Because of a significant growth in our AI business, we are looking for a skilled and delivery-oriented Power Platform + Azure AI Developer to lead the build of secure, structured AI-driven applications within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role involves working on high-value edge-case applications such as document analysis, process optimisation, and decision support — all delivered through Azure-native services and low-code platforms.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring both technical depth and strong solution architecture instincts. You will work closely with product owners and non-technical stakeholders to translate business workflows into scalable, compliant AI applications.

ResponsibilitiesBuild & Orchestrate AI Workflows

Create end-to-end solutions using:

• Power Apps (for UI)
• Power Automate (for process orchestration)
• Azure Functions / Logic Apps (for GPT integration)
• Azure OpenAI Service (prompt logic and response handling)

Deploy and manage:

• Azure Blob Storage for secure file handling
• Azure SQL / Dataverse for structured data
• Power BI for embedded reporting and output summaries. Azure native front end development
  

Security, Compliance & Authentication

• Integrate Azure AD / Entra ID for user authentication and role-based access control
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and client-specific data residency requirements
• Implement secure document pipelines with audit-friendly logging
  

Integration & Extendability

• Configure connectors to CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics
• Create modular components that can be reused across projects or tenants
• Design for scalability, maintainability, and extensibility
  

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in:

• Power Apps (canvas apps, low-code forms, input validation)
• Power Automate (multi-step workflows, conditional logic)
• Azure Functions or Logic Apps (trigger-based execution)
• Azure OpenAI Service (prompt design, orchestration)
• Azure Blob Storage + Azure SQL / Dataverse
• Power BI (report generation, data visualisation)
• Experience implementing enterprise-grade Azure AD authentication
• Comfort with file-based processing workflows, document parsing, and prompt chaining
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
  

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience building LLM-powered business tools
• Knowledge of document lifecycle governance, legal or procurement workflows
• Familiarity with low-code platform scaling, tenant migration, or app lifecycle policies
• Any work with Azure deployments in Sales operations
  

Desirable Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Certifications (any of the following a plus):
• Microsoft PL-400 or PL-200
• Microsoft AI-102
• Microsoft AZ-204
