Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?

You’ll champion a strong health and safety culture, ensuring zero harm, conducting site audits, and managing safety behaviours via the TOA App. You’ll support asset management, ensuring compliance, equipment calibration, and resolving asset issues. You’ll drive team utilisation, investigate underperformance, and ensure delivery readiness. Leadership includes team development, performance reviews, and supporting change initiatives. You’ll manage fleet requirements, ensure vehicle compliance, and provide accurate reporting. Electrical project delivery includes AC/DC wiring, telecoms equipment installation, testing, RAMS creation, and site surveys. You’ll collaborate with SHEQ, Delivery, and Project teams, ensuring safe practices, stakeholder engagement, and real-time milestone tracking while meeting customer expectations.

What you’ll bring?

Deep understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in IT, fault diagnostics, and resolution. Holds a full UK driving license, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, City & Guilds 2391-52, IOSH, ECS Card, AM2, and SMSTS/SSSTS. Experienced with DC systems, industry-standard testers, and supervisory roles in telecoms. Previously held Qualified Supervisor role and prioritises health and safety in all environments.
