Job summary

Quint Construction Services in Prestwich, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a small team of maintenance engineers and oversee daily plant-room operations. You will balance people management with on-the-tools troubleshooting, use CAFM daily to log work orders and monitor progress, and ensure all electrical and maintenance work complies with current safety standards.

Standard hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with one weekend per month on rotation.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in building services or facilities management.
• Solid plant room experience and fault-finding skills.
• IT literate; comfortable using CAFM systems daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance engineers (≈5).
• Work hands-on on complex tasks as required.
• Oversee plant room operations and routine servicing.
• Log and track work orders using CAFM; monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
