• Qualified in mechanical or building services engineering.
• IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification.
• Experience managing engineering teams, contractors, and maintenance operations in facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, driving high performance, ensuring compliance, and promoting values and safety culture.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, small projects, and KPI-driven activities with compliance to statutory requirements.
• Act as Authorised Person for Low Voltage, Working at Height, and Hot Works, ensuring all SSOW, RAMS and permits are followed.
• Monitor health and safety, site standards, asset performance, and contractor activities, including audits and PPE compliance.
• Track performance via systems and reporting (e.g. WPLAN, KPIs) and drive continuous improvement and stakeholder relations.
