Job summary

DCS Recruitment Limited in Scotland is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee power and infrastructure projects with immediate requirements in the region. The role is a full-time contract, with 50 hours per week and 10-hour shifts across Scotland.

You will lead site teams, coordinate with the Site Manager and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery. Relevant CSCS/CCNSG, SSSTS/SMSTS, IPAF and related qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained with C&G/NVQ Level 3 plus 1 year experience, or equivalent training with 2+ years on ESI/power/gas/construction sites.
• Experience leading site teams on electrical or mechanical installation activities.
• Experience in Power environments with strong HSEQ awareness.
• CSCS / CCNSG Safety Passport.
• SSSTS / SMSTS, 3 Day First Aid, IPAF, Temporary Works Supervisor and HSG47.
• MEWP, Roto 360, Manual Handling, Working at Height and Fire Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive work areas; coordinate small teams for Site Manager.
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost control across fronts.
• Forward plan work fronts; ensure engineering information, plant, materials and labour are available.
• Coordinate with other work parties for safe, efficient operations.
• Highlight deviations, delays and scope changes.
• Ensure compliance with QEHS procedures and project requirements.
• Assist with task cards and project documentation.
