Job summary

Home Group is seeking an experienced trades supervisor to lead our multi-trade Electricians and sub-contractors across responsive and void properties. You will drive high-quality, right-first-time repairs while maintaining budgets and service standards.

You will manage health and safety compliance and coordinate internal teams and contractors to deliver the customer promise. A van is provided for business use and commuting as part of the package.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in construction or equivalent.
• Electrical Qualifying Supervisor with IET wiring regs and 18th Edition.
• SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Time served in electrical installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead our trades team to deliver right first time, whole job repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure all works are completed to high standards within budget, KPI’s and service standards.
• Manage health and safety, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal teams and sub-contractors to meet customer promises.
