Job summary
Mears Group is seeking an Electrical Qualified Supervisor based in Evesham to oversee contract delivery for housing repairs and maintenance across the Midlands. You will lead electrical works, manage operatives and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on site.
The role requires 18th Edition, NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Installation, AM2, and City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent, plus a full UK driving licence.
Qualifications
- 18th Edition Qualification and electrical installation experience.
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installation with relevant certifications.
- AM2 Certification and testing/inspection qualifications.
- Experience in housing/maintenance electrical work and full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of electrical works on planned and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards.
- Supervise operatives and subcontractors; manage resources and scheduling.
- Produce operational reports and support training and development.
