Job summary

Evolve Talent Search Ltd. is hiring an Electrical Supervisor to join the engineering team at a flagship campus in Northampton. You will lead day and shift engineers, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance meets high standards while maintaining compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-off supervision with a focus on team leadership, contractor coordination and safe systems of work, with progression on a major FM contract and significant investment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shift Leader or Engineering Supervisor in building services.
• Strong leadership within a building services environment.
• AP experience is desirable.
• Electrical or mechanical qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of day and shift engineers across the site.
• Ensuring PPMs and reactive maintenance are completed efficiently.
• Managing subcontractors and specialist service providers.
• Overseeing safe systems of work and permit procedures.
• Carrying out audits, toolbox talks and compliance checks.
• Supporting project works and site improvements.
• Maintaining engineering documentation and reporting.
