The role involves deputising the department manager, supervising the electrical team, and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently and to high standards while meeting production deadlines.

You will be hands-on and responsible for day-to-day activities, mentoring technicians, and ensuring the department has the tools and materials needed to keep production running smoothly.

Electrical Supervisor - Hounslow - Salary £33,100 + OTE £52,800 + Benefits

I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to work for a leading Engineering organisation based in Hounslow. Salary up to £33,100 + OTE £52,800 + Benefits. The organisation are leaders within their field delivering world class products into a specialist market. They have a team of highly motivated individuals that are extremely driven and pride themselves on delivering their innovative portfolio of products and engineering expertise to clients across the globe. Due to continues success within the business and to support their plans moving forwards they have the need to appoint an Electrical Supervisor on a permanent basis.

In this role as an Electrical Supervisor, you will be second in command to the Manager of the department and therefore would deputise them during absence / holiday as well as being a supporting figure on a day to day basis. You will be hands on, but also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the electrical team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard whilst meeting production deadlines. You'll also play a key role in supporting the development of technicians and ensure the department has the tools and materials needed to keep production running smoothly.

Requirements

• Experience working as an Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Technician or similar
• Experience making electrical panels
• Experience wiring machines

Desirable

• Faut finding to component level
• Previous experience managing, leading, or mentoring other Engineers
