You will be hands-on and responsible for day-to-day activities, mentoring technicians, and ensuring the department has the tools and materials needed to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Supervisor or similar.
• Experience making electrical panels.
• Experience wiring machines.

Responsibilities

• Deputise the manager and lead the electrical team daily.
• Oversee day-to-day electrical activities, ensuring safety and quality.
• Support technicians' development and ensure tools and materials are available.
