Michael Page is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to lead the site's electrical maintenance within a busy industrial/manufacturing setting. You will provide technical leadership to Electrical Technicians, Instrumentation and Control Engineers, and contractors while ensuring safe, reliable operation.
You will drive preventive maintenance, coordinate shutdowns, and support continuous improvement projects. A strong background in HV switching up to 11kV and AutoCAD is essential.
As an Electrical Supervisor you'll oversee electrical maintenance and ensure smooth operations within the industrial and manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining equipment and supporting the engineering team to keep the facility running efficiently.

The role provides technical leadership to Electrical Technicians, Instrumentation and Control Engineers, and contractors while ensuring all maintenance activities are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance.
The position plays a critical role in supporting production performance, equipment reliability, continuous improvement initiatives and the successful delivery of engineering projects. The Electrical Supervisor will work closely with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance teams to drive operational excellence and develop the capability of the electrical team.
Salary between £60,000 and £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent role within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
