Your Role as Electrical Supervisor:

• Oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring schedules and manpower targets are met.
• Assign tasks in line with construction schedules and ensure productivity.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain a detailed project photographic diary.
• Lead coordination and handover meetings with teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and overall personnel productivity.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with quality codes.
• Provide technical support and guidance for electrical installations.
• Liaise with engineering teams to meet project standards and timelines.
