Your Role as Electrical Supervisor:

• Oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring schedules and manpower targets are met
• Assign tasks aligned with construction schedules to ensure productivity
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain a detailed photographic diary of the project
• Lead coordination and handover meetings with teams and stakeholders
• Monitor attendance, performance, and overall personnel productivity
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with quality codes
• Provide technical support and guidance for electrical installations
• Liaise with engineering teams to meet project standards and timelines

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• A trade background or degree with 3–7 years of experience supervising large installation crews and subcontractors
• Proven experience managing large-scale electrical installation projects
• Strong technical expertise in electrical systems
