Kier Group is seeking a Working Electrical Supervisor to join our Wastewater Asset Assurance Programme team based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. This hands-on role covers electrical installation works on Thames Water sites, supervising electricians and mentoring apprentices.
You will ensure compliance with safety and asset standards, produce RAMS, manage ITPs, and perform electrical testing across permanent and temporary installations.

Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Working Electrical Supervisor, you'll play a key role in our Wastewater Asset Assurance Programme, carrying out hands-on electrical installation works on Thames Water sites for both permanent and temporary installs. You'll supervise and support other electricians, ensuring all works meet the highest standards, and conduct electrical inspection and testing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a developing self-delivery team working alongside our established MEICA delivery team.
