Kier Group is seeking a Working Electrical Supervisor to deliver on-site electrical installations for Thames Water assets as part of the WAAP in East Hyde, Luton. The role includes supervising Kier electricians, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring safety and quality across all works.
You will prepare RAMS and ITPs, maintain critical documentation, and manage safe isolations and testing in line with Thames Water standards.

We are seeking a Working Electrical Supervisor to work within our Wastewater Asset Assurance Programme (WAAP). In this hands-on role, you'll carry out electrical installation works on Thames Water sites for both permanent and temporary installs, supervise other Kier electricians ensuring their works are to the appropriate standard, and carry out electrical inspection and testing. You'll form an early cornerstone for a developing self-delivery team, complementing our already established MEICA delivery team. Kier is a strategic partner to Thames Water, providing design and build services for new and existing infrastructure assets across the Thames Water supply and treatment regions.
