Job summary

SourceFlow seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead Cable Jointer teams across Thames Valley, with responsibility for day-to-day operation, staffing, equipment and safety on LV connections, faults and asset maintenance.

Ideal candidates will hold iDNO/DNO authorisation and NRSWA Supervisory qualification, with proven leadership in electrical distribution and a clean driving license. The role requires site oversight and adherence to high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Cable Jointers and operational teams.

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of electrical jointing teams, ensuring they have the people, equipment, materials and information needed to deliver work safely and efficiently.The role covers new connections, faults and asset maintenance. It could suit an established Electrical Supervisor or Team Manager, or an experienced electrical craftsperson ready to step into a leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop Cable Jointers and operational teams.Plan new connections, fault works and asset maintenance.Support teams with LV fault finding and network restoration.Carry out site audits and maintain high standards of safety, quality and technical compliance.Ensure works meet client specifications and contractual requirements.Support LV testing and switching where appropriately authorised.Ensure teams are trained, equipped and competent to undertake their work.Review operational drawings, records and completion documentation.Make commercially sound decisions while maintaining customer service.Work closely with HSQE and operational leadership teams.Essential RequirementsFull UK driving licence.Current or previous iDNO or DNO operational authorisation.Current or recent NRSWA Operative or Supervisor qualification.Desirable Experience and QualificationsExperience managing teams in an operational environment.Good knowledge of distribution electrical networks.Experience with LV faults.SMSTS or IOSH.CSCS/EUSR.NERS Passport.Knowledge of ESQCR and Electricity at Work requirements.If this sounds like you send your CV to [e-mail], or reach out to book a call with me.
